How does the subscription work?
You can subscribe monthly or annually. The annual option is discounted compared to monthly billing. You can cancel at the end of the current period from your account settings.
How many reviews are analysed?
All of them, with no cap. Whether you receive 5 or 500 reviews a week, the analysis price stays the same. You pay for the analysis, not the volume.
When is the report sent?
Every Monday morning by default. You can change the day and time in your preferences (Premium and Premium Multi-site plans).
When will I receive my first report?
As soon as payment is confirmed: a full analysis of your reviews is launched immediately and your first report arrives within minutes, by email and on the dashboard. After that, a report every Monday morning.
Will my Google reviews be affected?
Analysis is read-only. AI Replies only publishes the responses you approve — nothing is changed without your agreement.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription stops at the end of the current period. Your data remains accessible for 30 days and is then deleted.
